Follow the steps below to fix the problem.
Check the channel list
The list of available channels and their channel numbers can be found in the channel list:
Start channel search
If the desired channels cannot be found under the specified channel number, perform a quick scan:

Please note that the order of TV channels can also depend on the model of the television set. Some, especially older TVs, ignore the channel order indicated by Sunrise and sort the channels alphabetically or seemingly at random. In this case, it may unfortunately be necessary to browse through the entire channel list to find the desired channel.
