Mobile subscriptions
The contract may be cancelled with 60 days notice to the end of any month.
Internet, TV and landline
The contract may be cancelled with 60 days notice to the end of any month.
Promotions
Some promotions have a minimum duration of 24 months. You can find the details here:
Sunrise device/accessories plan
The Sunrise device/accessories plan has a duration of 24 months. However, after the first 30 days, you can cancel it by paying the outstanding installments, for example, in a Sunrise shop or when purchasing a new device in My Sunrise.
In My Sunrise, you can see your installment-payment plans at any time and buy new devices or accessories:
Contractual commitment in case of switching subscription
If switching subscription takes place outside an existing contractual commitment, a new contractual commitment of 12 months begins.
If switching subscription takes place during an existing contractual commitment, the existing contractual commitment remains unchanged.
Changing options or additional services does not constitute switching subscription and does not result in a new contractual commitment.
Youth subscriptions, QoQa subscriptions, Extra SIM and We Connect subscriptions are exempt from this rule.
