As soon as you register or change your e-mail address in My Sunrise, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
To confirm your e-mail address, please just click on the confirmation link in this e-mail.
Confirmation e-mail not received
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail with the link, you can start the process again.
Simply click on the link «Send confirmation e-mail» in My Sunrise.
Change communication language
Would you like to receive communications from Sunrise in a different language? You can choose between English, French, German and Italian.

Digital identification process
Sunrise is required by law to identify all customers with a valid identification document and to store a digital copy in the customer account. A check of the identification document is required if there is a change of name or date of birth.
The digital identification process starts automatically when you change your name or date of birth in My Sunrise. Simply follow the steps on the screen.
