Key functions
Central Hub: The Base Station acts as the central control unit in your home, connecting all Home Security sensors and accessories (such as the Keypad and Key Fob) to the cloud-based Home Security alarm system.
Mobile backup connection: If your fixed Internet connection fails, the built-in mobile connection is automatically activated – ensuring your alarm system always remains online.
Note: The cameras and the Video Doorbell are connected to the Home Security cloud system directly via Wi-Fi, independently of the Base Station.
