Login and installation
Your My Sunrise login details are the same as those used for the Home Security App.
Use your My Sunrise account credentials to log in. You can log in using your email address, mobile number, customer number, or landline number as your username.
Don’t have a My Sunrise account yet?
No problem, simply select "New to Sunrise? Get started" in the My Sunrise login.
To reset your My Sunrise password, click “Forgot password?” on the My Sunrise login page and follow the instructions.
Open the app and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Log in using your My Sunrise credentials – either as the primary resident or as an additional resident.
You will then be prompted to set up biometric login (e.g. Face ID or fingerprint) and an app PIN code for added security and faster access.

You need the app to set up and control your system. The app is your command center: All functions and notifications are managed through it. You’ll receive alerts and fault messages, and you can choose who is notified in the event of an alarm and in what order.
Yes, as long as your smartphone and the app have an internet connection, you can operate your system from anywhere and stay up to date.
