    If there are outages in your WiFi connection or the WiFi connection is very slow, simply follow our tips to optimize your WiFi, which will help ensure you are getting the best possible Internet connection.

    Perform a speed test

    If your Internet connection is still too slow, we recommend carrying out a speed test. This will tell you how fast your Internet is and you’ll receive tips for optimizing your connection.

    Reduce interference

    • Virus scanners, adapters, docking stations, and firewall services that scan the network can slow down your internet speed.

    • The network card built into your laptop or computer must support at least 2.5 Gbit full duplex to achieve the speed on the network.
