Help and support with blue Sport
As a Sunrise customer, you can easily subscribe to blue Sport directly through Sunrise. The cost of your blue Sport subscription will conveniently be billed via your monthly Sunrise invoice.
Here you'll find out how to activate, manage, and cancel blue Sport if needed.
Yes. After purchasing the blue Sport option from Sunrise, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to link your existing blue Sport account.
The link in the email is valid for 7 days and can only be used once. If you need more time, you can send a new activation email to your email address at any time via My Sunrise.

After purchasing the blue Sport TV option (via My Sunrise, Sunrise Shop or Call Center), you will receive an activation email from Sunrise with instructions on how to complete the registration to use the streaming app. As soon as the registration is complete, you can use blue Sport.
Note: Please remember your username and password that you use for your blue Sport account.
Tip:
To use blue Sport immediately, book the service directly through your Sunrise TV Box. To do so, go to the “TV Shop” on the “Home” screen. Activation is quick and easy using the QR code displayed on the screen.
Please try to log in to blue TV (Swisscom Login). If you have forgotten your username or email address, click "Forgotten username?" and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, you can also find your email address directly via your Sunrise TV Box:
Go to the Home screen, select "TV Shop", then navigate to "My subscriptions".
If you have forgotten your blue Sport password, you can reset it in just a few steps:
Open the Swisscom blue TV login page and enter your email address.
Then click on “Forgotten password?”
Enter your email address again and click “Next”.
You will receive an email from blue TV.
Open the email and click on the link to reset your password.
On the page that opens, you can set a new password.
Note: Please use the same email address that you used when registering for blue Sport.
Yes. All blue Sport broadcasts can be accessed again for up to 7 days after the original airing.

Blue Sport is available as a German or French package.
You can set the app’s menu language to German, French, English or Italian.
Monthly subscription:
The monthly subscription of blue Sport can be canceled at any time at the end of the current billing period.
Example: Subscription start on 06/06/2025 → Cancellation must be completed by 06/30/2025 at the latest. If not canceled in time, the subscription will automatically renew for another month.
Annual subscription:
The annual subscription has a fixed term of 12 months and can only be canceled at the end of that term. Switching to a monthly subscription during this period is not possible. If the subscription is not canceled at least one day before the end of the term, it will automatically renew for another 12 months.
Example: Subscription start on 06/06/2025 → Cancellation must be completed by 06/30/2026 at the latest.
How to cancel blue Sport:
Directly via your Sunrise TV Box: Open the Home screen, select “TV Shop,” then go to “My subscriptions.”
Or online via My Sunrise.
