Are you having picture issues on your TV or do you suspect that something is wrong with your Sunrise TV Box UHD’s signal? Learn step-by-step how to fix the most common TV problems.
Restart your TV Box by disconnecting the power for ten seconds.
You can check your Sunrise TV connection and resolve any issues in the «Live diagnosis and online troubleshooting» section of My Sunrise.
Check if the input channel on your TV is set correctly (AV/TVHDMI).
Check whether the Internet connection is working. Find more information on troubleshooting the Internet connection here.
Check that all plugs are correctly inserted (e.g., in the modem, the TV box, the TV set or, if necessary, a connection kit). Be sure to use the cables originally supplied with the devices.
