Select the product and navigate to SIM

  1. Log in to My Sunrise.

  2. Navigate to Products.

  3. Select your mobile product (subscription or Prepaid).

  4. Navigate to SIM and Devices.

Order a new SIM card

Select the option Order new SIM/eSIM and follow the instructions.

You will receive a universal SIM card (called a Smart SIM).
It fits into any device and supports Mobile ID.

Costs on the next bill

The costs of activating and sending the SIM card will appear on your next bill.
A new SIM card costs CHF 55.–. A new eSIM profile is free.
