How do I join?
With just one active monthly subscription plan —like i.e. mobile, internet or Home Security —you’re automatically part of the Sunrise Rewards Loyalty Program and you will be assigend to a level (Silver, Gold or Platinum).

How the levels work?
As soon as you join the program you will be assigend to a level based on the number of products you have. The longer you stay with us, the higher the level you get.
Silver = 1 product
Gold = 2 or 3 products or you are with sunrise for more than 2 years
Platinum = 4 or more products or you own the iconic bundle

Frequently asked questions
Depending on which products the recruited person orders, you will receive the corresponding bonus. The maximum bonus is 440.–. You can only recommend one Internet subscription or one Internet with TV subscription together with a mobile subscription.

No, our rewards program is designed for those who would like to recommend Sunrise.
The bonus is usually assigned six to eight weeks after the product has been activated (provisioned). The time of activation is not the same as the time of sending the confirmation e-mail about your recommendation. The bonus will be available in your referal portal for payout at the beginning of the month following the activation of the product, at the earliest. Please log into the portal and request a credit payout. The bonus will then be transferred to the bank account stored in your profile, either in the current month or the following month at the latest.
With a few exceptions, such as Mobile Data subscriptions (We Connect), rate changes and the Mobile subscription 'Up Mobile S', all Sunrise products are approved for customer referrals. For contracts without a minimum subscription, the payout will be made after the product has been active for 3 months.
