It’s easy to access Netflix. You’ve got two options:
Do you already have an existing Netflix Login?
Log in to the Netflix app via your TV Box and create your account there. You can find the Netflix app in the «Apps» menu on your TV Box. Then simply follow the instructions.
You don’t have a Netflix subscription yet?
On your Sunrise TV, go to «TV Shop» in the main menu.
Under the «Entertainment» category, choose Netflix.
Select your Netflix subscription and confirm it with your PIN.

Yes, an Netflix account is required to watch Netflix content. You can choose between Basis, Standard, or Premium subscription.
Yes. After purchasing the Netflix option from Sunrise, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to link your existing Netflix account. The link in the email is valid for 7 days and can only be used once. If you need more time, you can send a new activation email to your email address at any time via My Sunrise.
After purchasing the Netflix TV option, you will receive an activation email from Sunrise with instructions on how to complete the registration to use the streaming app. As soon as the registration is complete, you can use Netflix.
Note: Please remember your username and password that you use for your Netflix account.
Tip: To use Netflix immediately, book the service directly through your Sunrise TV Box. To do so, go to the «TV Shop» on the «Home» screen. Activation is quick and easy using the QR code displayed on the screen.
