Included for free: Activation fee (worth 99.90)
24 months minimum contract: After 24 months, the subscription automatically converts into an open-ended contract with a 60-day notice period. The discount is valid for life, but only in combination with an activated Sunrise mobile plan.
Cancellation: Requires a 60-day notice. If cancelled before the end of the 24 months, monthly base fees for the remaining period must be paid in full.
Inhome Installation of 99.- for FREE
Included: Drive to and from the customer by the installer, analysis of the existing home installation, basic connection to the home network access box (UPK); if necessary, installation of the router (connection to power and phone socket, start-up of the router, configuration of the connection for a computer (via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or a connection kit), connection of a maximum of 2 phone/fax devices, functional check of fixed network, Internet and Sunrise TV, short introduction to Sunrise TV.
Not included in the scope of services: Installation and wiring of any kind, installation and mounting of TV screens and home cinema, hardware accessories (such as Ethernet cables and Powerline Connection Kit).

No, if the fibre-optic connection is not installed at the customer’s explicit request, there’s no charge for a normal installation.
Surf protect protects you from potential malware while you’re surfing the Internet by checking whether the websites you want to access pose a threat. Setting up your Connect Box 3 Fiber is quick and easy:
Place the box upright in an open area, with the front facing into the room.
Use only the new cables provided, especially the fiber-optic cable.
Connect the fiber-optic cable to the correct port on your OTO socket (as specified in your activation message).
Plug the LAN cable into the port labeled “10 Gbps” for maximum speed.
Power on the box and wait for the LED to turn white—now you’re online!
