Unlimited CH (Basic Rate):
When using mobile data, calls or SMS in Switzerland, you pay CHF 2.50 per 24 hours.
Data, calls and SMS are unlimited within Switzerland.
The included starting credit of CHF 20.– is enough for about 8 days.
Unlimited Europe 7 & Europe 30:
You get the Unlimited CH basic rate plus 7 or 30 days of mobile data in Switzerland and 46 European countries.
Europe 7: valid for 7 days
Europe 30: valid for 30 days
The validity starts automatically upon activation at first use. Activation is possible within 365 days after purchase.
In Europe, you get 60 GB of high-speed data, then at 256 kbps.
Data used in Switzerland is unlimited and does not count towards the 60 GB.
For calls and SMS in Switzerland, the Unlimited CH basic price of CHF 2.50 per 24h applies. This amount is deducted from the prepaid credit.
After the package expires, the Unlimited CH basic rate applies automatically.
In the Sunrise Cockpit, you can buy a new package or option at any time.

Yes, a Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited Europe 7 and 30 options. In Switzerland, you can use unlimited high-speed data. In the included European countries, 60 GB of high-speed data is included. Once the limit is reached, the speed may be reduced to 256 kbps. Data used in Switzerland does not count towards the 60 GB.

Purchase and Activation
You can easily activate your eSIM with or without a QR code.

Yes, an ID check is legally required. You upload your ID and take a short video selfie. After verification, the SIM/eSIM will be activated.
Our prepaid offers are available online and in all Sunrise shops in Switzerland.
Your eSIM can be activated online at any time.
Physical SIM cards are available in our Sunrise shops or by mail within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
No, the eSIM can also be registered with a foreign address.
For the physical SIM: shipping only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
If you do not use the SIM for 17 months, it will be automatically deleted along with any remaining credit. We inform our customers by email and SMS before deletion.
Usage includes: outgoing calls, outgoing SMS, using mobile data, purchasing an option or package, topping up credit.
