Shopping should be an experience. So we’re working to make shopping at a Sunrise shop one you’ll remember. For six months, we tested the first shop with a makeover on Goethestrasse in Zurich. We gained some insights, asked you what you liked and what you didn’t so much and what you’d love to see more of. Based on the surveys we received, we’ve developed our new shop design, and we’ll be showcasing it for the first time in the largest Swiss Sunrise shop in Glattzentrum.
More subtle and high-quality
What’s striking is that we now have more subtle colours, more gold and less Sunrise red. Having said that, you’ll now find our logo in other, unexpected places: as a desk and as an Aurora-shaped ceiling lamp, for example. We’re using high-quality materials that create a great vibe in the shop. What’s more, we now also have consultation corners, where you can sit down and discuss your concerns over an espresso with agents, or where you can wait for your friend who’s checking out the latest iPhones on the special Apple wall. The product range has also been expanded and the layout is more logical. Accessories, devices, home security – everything has its place, is clearly separated and easy to find. Apple devices are on the right, Samsung on the left. No more searching. You’ll find what you’re looking for straight away.
More interactive and entertaining
Instead of waiting idly for an agent, you’ll be led to the interactive desk where you can browse the website, find out about the latest Sunrise Moments offers, play air hockey or log into your My Sunrise account.
Well-being also includes a smart audio concept. Music that matches the premium vibe, but spotlights our Sunrise Moments offer through regular clips too. They feature not just sport and music events, but also offers for the whole family, like Europa-Park, Zirkus Knie and many more. The screens in the shop show clear, consistent messages rather than all the different ones that used to create visual clutter.
First fully digital shop
Thanks to electronic signage, the Concept Shop in Glattzentrum is the first to operate entirely digitally. This means that adjustments to accessory prices can be made digitally by the centre, quickly and easily. As we’ve managed to incorporate such a high level of automation into our processes, our agents now have more time to focus on you and your needs and provide you with the best possible offers.
