More for everyone thanks to the new Refer & Reward programme

If you refer a person to Sunrise successfully, you’ll benefit from an attractive credit in your bank account – whether or not you’re already a Sunrise customer. The person you refer benefits both from a welcome credit on their bill and from offers at preferential prices. With the referral code they get from you, they can buy their new subscription either online or by phone. And in future, the customers referred will also be able to use the code to buy products in the shops.

It's well worth it for both sides.

Simply send a referral

On the Refer & Reward page at www.sunrise.ch/referral you can create your referrer links easily and share them with your friends and acquaintances – potential new customers. If you take a look at the website you’ll see just how straightforward it is.

If your friends or family click on the link, they can view the offer and select the Sunrise product they want to buy. They can then either finalise the purchase online, take their personal code to the nearest Sunrise shop or order the new product by phone. Once the order has been confirmed and the product activated, the reward will be credited and ready for you to withdraw. Your reward varies depending on a mobile, Internet or TV subscription is taken out.

In summary:

You generate a recommendation link on www.sunrise.ch/referral simply in the browser.

You send your referees a referral link that they can open conveniently in their browser on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC.

The recipient of the link can use it to take out a subscription online or present the code over the phone or in the shop.

Once the order has been confirmed and the subscription activated, your reward will be credited in the tool and you can have it paid out directly.

Who can take part? Quite simply: everyone

The new Sunrise referral programme benefits both new customers and referrers: Anyone who recommends Sunrise to others – whether employees, customers or simply someone who really likes Sunrise – gets a great payout. So recommending Sunrise pays off double! But bear in mind that both the referrer and the new customer must be resident in Switzerland.

How long does it take to get my reward in cash?

Once the order has been placed following your referral and the product has been activated, it takes around 30 days for the referral to be confirmed. Once this has been done, the reward will be credited to the account that you notified to our Refer & Reward partner (Aklamio, see below) and you can then have it paid out.

New: Invoice credit for new subscribers

As part of the new Refer & Reward programme, the newly referred customer also benefits from exclusive discounts on list prices and a "welcome bonus": an invoice credit of up to several hundred francs, depending on the subscription or subscriptions they take out.

As soon as the new customer's subscription has been activated successfully, Sunrise automatically credits their account with a one-off invoice credit. This credit is shown on the customer's Sunrise bill and reduces the amount due by the amount credited.

Please note:

The credit is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

It’s granted only once per new customer activation and only after the activation has been confirmed.

If the contract is cancelled before activation or during the confirmation phase, the credit will be cancelled. Pro-rata credits already taken have to be refunded.
