Both the Basic and Complete subscriptions come with the Home Security hardware box. You can do the installation yourself. But if you sign up for the Complete subscription, our installation team will take care of it. The hardware box contains the following components:

The Home Security app answers these questions and any others you may have at any time. It’s a simple, versatile and user-friendly application that you can personalise. Enjoy round-the-clock surveillance of your home, from anywhere in the world. You can play with the lights-on-off function, turn the alarm on and off with smart geofencing technology and manage your emergency contacts and alarms easily.
How Geofencing Works:
Your alarm system is automatically activated when you leave your home and exit the defined geofencing area. When you return and reenter the area, you will receive a push notification prompting you to deactivate the alarm. For safety reasons, however, the system is not automatically deactivated.
The sensors and motion detectors are only in use when the system is activated and operational, such as when nobody’s at home or at night when everyone’s asleep. As the user, you decide for yourself when and how the system should be active. No video recordings are made and there’s no permanent monitoring of people in the home. Your privacy is ensured at all times.
Secure, even if power and landline Internet outages occur
Sunrise Home Security is designed to provide protection even during power or landline Internet outages. The central control unit has an emergency power supply and a backup SIM card, so that it carries on protecting your home even if there’s a lack of power or landline Internet.
