Where can I find out whether my device is insured?

Check if mobile phone insurance is activated for your mobile subscription in My Sunrise and which device (IMEI) is insured. You will also see your insured hardware device number (IMEI) on your monthly bill. If you would like to insure another hardware, please contact your nearest Sunrise center.
