To change your Internet subscription, follow these steps:

1. Check your current contract obligations with your provider. If you have passed the minimum contract period, you can proceed with cancellation to start the notice period. Otherwise, weigh the benefits carefully, and consider any early termination costs. 
   
   

2. Request activation of the new subscription on the same date your previous contract ends to avoid double billing. 
   
   

3. Wait for Sunrise to contact you to finalize the switch, complete the installation of the new internet modem and only then return the old modem. 
   
   

4. Complete the switch by setting up the TV box if applicable and connecting your devices to the new home network.

No, if the fibre-optic connection is not installed at the customer’s explicit request, there’s no charge for a normal installation.

Setting up your Connect Box 3 Fiber is quick and easy:

• Place the box upright in an open area, with the front facing into the room.

• Use only the new cables provided, especially the fiber-optic cable.

• Connect the fiber-optic cable to the correct port on your OTO socket (as specified in your activation message).

• Plug the LAN cable into the port labeled “10 Gbps” for maximum speed.

• Power on the box and wait for the LED to turn white—now you’re online!
