The contract may be terminated with a notice period of 2 months after the end of the minimum contract duration.

Once the minimum contract duration has elapsed, the contract may be terminated at any time with a notice period of 2 months.

Cancellation of the Internet subscription will automatically result in the cancellation of the landline connection and any landline and TV subscriptions, as well as all options connected to these services.

You can always switch between Sunrise Home Internet subscriptions free of charge.

The option can be canceled to the end of each month, subject to a notice period of 60 days. Canceling one service automatically results in the cancelation of any options connected to this service.

When a customer switches from a different Sunrise Internet subscription during the minimum contract duration, the remaining duration of their previous subscription will be transferred to their new Internet Home 5G product. A switch to a different Sunrise Internet subscription is possible at any time, subject to availability.
