For identification as an Company Freedom employee, you need only your Company Freedom business e-mail address
Alternatively, you can also identify yourself using the registration form:
1. Download the registration form
2. Complete and sign the form
3. Upload it to “My Sunrise” or while submitting your request for a phone consultation, or bring it to the Sunrise Shop
