What should I do to prevent my services and my connection from being blocked?

We have notified you of your current charges by SMS (information provided with no guarantee). As long as the new charges generated do not exceed half of this amount (for example, you were abroad, but have since returned to Switzerland), we will not block any of your services.

If you are aware of these charges and know they will continue to increase over the next several days (for example, you are abroad and will stay there for several more days), please inform us by sending an e-mail to  safe@sunrise.net
