You can order new mobile subscriptions directly online. To order additional products such as We Home (Internet, TV, landline) or smartphones, visit a Sunrise Shop near you or let us advise you on the phone.
To complete the eligibility check (Sunrise Shop or telephone consultation), please give us your business e-mail or present the «Proof of eligibility for the employee offer» form.
Switching your current Sunrise subscriptions to the program
Please visit a Sunrise Shop or talk to one of our employees on the phone.
Mobile subscriptions in the employee program have a duration of 12 months. You can renew them yourself in your My Sunrise customer account before the end of the contract duration.
The eligibility check via My Sunrise is also carried out either with your business e-mail or with the «Proof of eligibility» form
