The Coronavirus is impacting us all. Therefore, our Service and Sales support activities are limited and we cannot inform you about the preferential employee programme in our Shops.

In accordance with the recommendation of the Swiss government (#StayHome) we currently offer Advice and Sales by telephone.

As a new or existing Sunrise customer, you can thus change to the Sunrise Employee Programme, add new numbers with your discount, or switch your mobile subscriptions from another provider for you or your family and friends.

Receive advice by phone- it’s as simple as this: 

  1. Fill out the contact form
  2. Upload all relevant documents (Employee legitimation form)
  3. Receive consultation callback from one of our shop agents from your region
