Please make your address corrections directly in My Sunrise.
We will do everything we can to make sure that your move is successful and relaxed, but we need your help. Please have the following information ready when you contact us to report your move:
- Your new address
- Moving date: For landline and Internet connections, at least 30 days in advance.
- The number of the previous tenant, or for fiber optics connections, the OTO ID of the new place of residence (otherwise there may be additional charges for an electrician)
- A mobile phone number where you can be reached on the date of service as well as a few days beforehand for any questions or communication regarding exact dates and times.
- A move results in certain charges depending on the product
- Additionally, in certain situations, an electrician has to be dispatched to the new address to set up the connection in your home. This especially the case if you do not provide the previous tenant's number or if the previous tenant's number you provided cannot be used (for example, because it is a UPC number or the previous tenant's number has been inactive for too long).
