Why have certain services been blocked or why has my connection been completely blocked?

Your ongoing costs or your call behavior present an increased risk, because your ongoing costs have significantly increased as compared to previous months. We would like to make sure you do not incur further costs, and prevent you from having trouble making payments due to the high costs. 

If you have already reached the yearly limit of CHF 4500 for premium rate numbers (090x numbers, premium SMS, Sunrise PAY), then these services will remain blocked for all your numbers and accounts for the rest of the calendar year (More information).
